Acceptance of Terms

When you contact us for a quote, schedule a service, or use our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Precision Poway Tree Service provides professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, and related landscaping work. All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard safety practices.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that a job is unsafe, violates local regulations, or falls outside our scope of expertise. Any estimate provided is valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For large projects, we may require a deposit before beginning work.

If payment is not received within 30 days of service completion, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding balance at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is lower.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your service up to 24 hours before the scheduled date without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs and lost scheduling opportunities.

Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring that all vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other movable items are relocated before we arrive. We will take reasonable care to protect your property, but we are not responsible for damage to items that were not disclosed or that obstruct our work area.

You must inform us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic systems, or other hidden infrastructure before work begins. We are not liable for damage to undisclosed underground features.

Liability and Insurance

Precision Poway Tree Service carries general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We will provide proof of insurance upon request. Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence during service delivery.

We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, natural decay, pest damage, or other issues that were not reasonably apparent during our initial assessment. We are also not responsible for damage caused by acts of nature following our service.

Emergency Services

Emergency tree services are available 24/7 and are prioritized based on safety risk. Emergency rates may apply for after-hours, holiday, or urgent response services. We will inform you of any additional charges before beginning emergency work whenever possible.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required by your local municipality, homeowners association, or other governing body. We can provide guidance on permit requirements, but the responsibility for compliance rests with you.

Debris Removal and Cleanup

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our service includes removal of tree debris, wood chips, and major limbs from your property. We will leave your work area clean and tidy. If you wish to keep firewood or wood chips, please inform us before we begin.

Warranty

We stand behind our work and will address any issues that arise from improper workmanship. However, we cannot guarantee the health or longevity of trees after trimming or other care, as many factors affecting tree health are beyond our control.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about our service, please contact us directly so we can work together to resolve the issue. If we cannot reach a mutual agreement, any disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of California.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
